No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
To open a claim please e-mail photos along with an explanation as to what pertains to the issue. A copy of the Invoice is also needed. Please email all claims to alexandra@marbelladesigns.com

 

Change Order Process
Marbella Designs will accommodate requests to revise orders if production has not been started.
If any changes need to be made after production has already started, there will be a change order fee.
Changes and cancellations have to be done in writing.
Part orders and yardage orders cannot be cancelled or returned past the 24 hour mark.
